on-site Event Preparation

It is important to us that customers/clients know that even though we are creating a super fun and entertaining atmosphere for children; more-or-less a pop-up childcare center, we still implement all applicable standard childcare regulations and preparations typically found in a physical childcare center including the following: 

We strive to: 

* Establish a fun, but also calm, structured atmosphere to prevent injury to themselves, other children or damage to the venue.

* Creating a caring, nurturing environment meeting the needs of every child. 

* Interact warmly with the children to secure a professional, yet personable bond.

* Learning and being familiar with the organization; it's vital to have an understanding of the organization to provide the best care for the childcare. 

Lastly, understanding that a lot of the children may attend daycare throughout the week, it is very important to us to create a new and exciting environment for them.  We do not want them to have the feeling that they are right back in daycare again.  Implementation of all these things and more will allow parents to truly enjoy themselves at whatever event they are attending without distraction. It also provides peace of mind that their children are having so much fun in a safe and secure, loving environment.
