What we offer

Weddings

On the Bride and Groom’s big day there are, invariably, big things to worry about and there may be some "little ones" to think about too!


We want to ensure that you can create fabulous, life-long memories and ensure that children are entertained all evening.  We want you and your guests to be relaxed and fully able to enjoy the evening until the very end.


Though it may not be considered in every instance, we want to enable guests who may have a child with complex medical or special needs who aren't able to leave them with just any sitter to attend the wedding as well. Michelle, our director, has over 10 years of pediatric registered nursing experience specializing with medically fragile children.  It is her expertise that will bring comfort to any guest knowing that qualified pediatric Registered Nurse is on-site or on-call for all events!


We fully understand the many demands and careful planning required to ensure such a monumental day goes as successfully as planned.  


We will create an exciting, safe, child-friendly environment tailored to your preferred age range and numbers. 


We will coordinate with the reception venue to determine the best designated area or room to setup our kids mini-reception party.  


We will also help guide and assist the children bright and early as mom and dad get ready for their big day!


If requested, we'll provide transportation for the children to the ceremony & to the reception.  We are fully equipped and insured to provide transportation for up to 10 children.


Our staff has many years of experience in situations that require caring of the children in a serious situation such a wedding ceremony. We strongly believe in creating a trusting relationship with each child to ensure their comfortability by taking extra time getting to know them upon arrival.  This greatly helps us promote a quiet and smooth transition before the most important ceremony takes place.    





 


What we offer

Events

Our team will attend any event to provide a first-class service for your little VIPs, allowing you to kick back, relax and feel completely assured that your child(ren) are in the safest, most caring hands in the comfort of a designated space within your venue!


Childcare Express Solutions supply hand-picked, experienced, uniformed, childcare professionals who are trained in Pediatric CPR and First Aid and DBS certified.
We come with years of experience and a wealth of knowledge.


During their time in our care, children will experience an interactive and playful environment tailored to keep their little minds and bodies busy and entertained.  We strive to provide such an environment to help them feel engaged and comfortable while ensuring that you can fully focus on your event.  



  

WHAT TO EXPECT

At the Event


  • SAFETY: It’s our top priority. Our secure check in and check out procedures consist of Children’s Name Bracelets, Parental ID checks, and Allergy Wrist Bands.
  • Our Management Team consists of highly trained, experienced, and qualified individuals who are background screened and infant and child CPR and First Aid Certified.
  • Peace of Mind: Parents can enjoy their event with peace of mind knowing that their children are safe and secure in the care of A Helping Hand.
  • Our Managers and Helpers are assigned daily duties to help ensure the well-being of the children throughout the event. These duties include: Room Leader, Bathroom Helper, Door Helper, and Infant Room Leader.
  • Parents’ receive “Daily Log Reports” highlighting each child’s daily activities including bathroom breaks, naps, meals, and playtime.


Planning your event

  • We provide a “turn-key” service, working with planners’ hand in hand to determine your unique childcare needs and to meet your budget.
  • We offer a customized children’s program specific to your event and theme.
  • Our online pre-registration option takes the stress away from the event planners.
