Hello,

I'm Bradley Lester, founder of Childcare Express Solutions which is the parent company of our subsidiary companies 'Wedding Nights 4 Tikes' &

 'Pittsburgh (Tikes) Event Childcare'. 

Allow me first to give you a brief background of myself and our company.

 I have been the owner and operator of our Childcare Solutions business for 9 years.  Based out of Beaver, PA, our business is steadily growing and reaching areas that we are looking forward to servicing.  Although we are based in a small town, about 80% of our events take place within the city and nearby neighboring states.  We first started out working with hotels and venues by hosting Parents Night Out events to enable parents a few hours to enjoy themselves going to dinner, a movie, shopping, etc. knowing their children were well cared for in a safe environment.  

After receiving positive feedback from this outreach, we transitioned to providing childcare at weddings, special occasions, and funerals on a smaller scale.  As word of our services continued to spread and awareness grew, we started focusing on advertising and networking with other businesses.  

During this time, we opened a childcare center called Childcare Express to offer short-term, drop-in care for families in need of just a few hours of childcare with no commitment. Having a location for childcare enabled us to be able to hold our own events in situations where wedding venues and hotel venues were unable to provide a space to accommodate childcare.  

Be comforted knowing that I hold certifications in 

AED/CPR/First Aid, as well as obtaining my CDA (Childcare Development Associate) certification in 2019. I understand the importance of continued childcare education to provide the highest care for children which is so crucial for children's physical, mental and emotional development. I also have a certification as a professional childcare provider along with extensive foster parent/counselor training.

Lastly, I remain current with the following required clearances: Pa state Police Criminal Record clearance, FBI Fingerprint clearance and the Pa Child Abuse clearance. 

Michelle (Our Director) has an extensive background in childcare and has seen the many areas of needs that typical childcare does not offer, and so we have really strived to give families as many childcare options as possible for all types of occasions by incorporating our ideas and stressed needs of families with children.  

Soon after this, we expanded our business to offer on-site nannies/caregivers as well as transforming a space/area into a fun pop-up daycare atmosphere for conferences, fundraisers, work parties, etc. It works out really nice to be able to train our caregivers personally at our center and be able to have them work at our events as needed.  We are continually growing and look forward to seeing where our future takes our business!
